LEED Certification

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, third party verified system designed for rating new and existing commercial, institutional and high-rise industrial buildings.  It was developed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) as a method of measuring green building performance.  LEED has become the standard by which green building performance is rated in the United States.

Beckstrand & Associates is making every effort to attain LEED Silver Certification or higher, which will be  awarded when construction of Old Mill Corporate Center IV is complete.
